well the Nationals for 2012 has been swum and won - the plucky Beavers did us proud finishing 7th overall (and 1st NSW club!) with our own Clary Munns taking out the "young ducklings" age group award, Connie Gorham finishing 3rd in the "iPad generation" age group (also known in footy circles as the "too young to remember Parra's last GF victory" age group.........sigh........sigh again with tear rolling down cheek), and our treasured "how do they do it?" icons Paul Zampieri and Jon Hawton finishing a gallant 2nd and 3rd respectively in their "distinguished gentlemans" age groups....I am sure a fuller report will be available in our next neswletter |
